Our ministries are designed to reach out to all mankind by serving, sharing, teaching, and witnessing through the giving of time, talents, and gifts.
The Evangelism Ministry develops and reaches out to the non-church community, cares for members of the congregation with the love of God, keeps a current prospect file, develops a visitation program, sets congregation growth goals and assimilates new members into the church family.
Evangelism Ministry Leader:
Anderson’s Children’s Ministry aspires to reach out and receive all children while assisting them with relating their lives to God through Jesus Christ. We also seek to help all children grow in Christian faith while encouraging them to go out into the world to do God’s work.
Children's Ministry Leader:
The Yout's Ministry (Ages 9-12) introduces children to organized worship through regular study, prayer and worship service and assists the youth with their purpose and faith through community involvement.
The Youth Ministry (Ages 13-18) promotes opportunities for spiritual growth through worship, study, and prayer and helps youth to understand themselves and their faith as a basis for a meaningful life.

The Young Adult Ministry (ages 19-34) helps young adults become aware of God as revealed in Jesus Christ, to respond to Christ in a personal commitment of faith, and to follow God’s will in the full meaning of church membership and Christian discipleship. This involves such things as mentoring by older Christians, and involvement of youth in church worship service as well as participation in other ministries.
Young Adult Ministry Leader:
The Adult Ministry (ages 21 and up) provides a network of spiritual growth and fellowship for the adults of the church through service to the church family and to the community. Meetings are 2nd Saturdays at 3p.m.
Adult Ministry Leaders:
Older Adults Ministry (Golden Agers) provides an opportunity for older adults to meet their needs and to recognize their contributions in the total mission of the church.
Golden Agers Ministry Leaders:
The organized unit of United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose PURPOSE is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.
United Methodist Women Leader:
The organized unit of United Methodist Men is tremendously important because it involves Every Man, because it involves Becoming a Disciple, because it involves Going Out and Making New Disciples. United Methodist Men believe that they must be "Doers of the Word and not just Hearers only." There is a tremendous power in Men's Ministry: "Bring a Man to Christ and 93% of the Family will follow!"
UMM provides a dedicated ministry for building men spiritually and involving men in the total ministry of the Church. The United Methodist Men (UMM) strive to support men in their effort to know Jesus Christ and carry out His will in their lives. We seek to promote spiritual growth and nutrition throughout the entire church community through the faith/works of men.
United Methodist Men Leader:
The Communications Ministry’s mission is to build community through communication by sharing the church’s story with its members and community to move people toward becoming disciples for Christ. The Communications Ministry works to strengthen communications throughout the church, by enhancing the exchange of information between members using the most efficient and effective means available. The Communications Ministry focuses on utilizing and developing internal and external communications resources, to facilitate connecting individuals within the church in order to provide a stronger experience of Christian Community and outreach.The ministry includes the website ministry.
